About the Course

We are Nikki and Ashleigh, two Early Intervention Specialists and neurodivergent mums who know from both lived and professional experience just how much it matters when educators truly understand the children in their care. We have spent years working directly with children, families, and early childhood services, and we created this training because we kept seeing the same thing, passionate educators who wanted to do better but didn't have the shared framework to make it stick. We believe every child deserves educators who truly understand them, and every educator deserves the knowledge and confidence to make that happen.
